Northfields Residential Development, Colchester

Galliford Try have secured planning permission, with our assistance for over 450 dwellings off Turner Road, Colchester. We have commenced detailed design of over £2 million of off site highway improvements, in addition to the site access and section 38 estate roads and drainage works.

South West Hants LIFT.

TPC advised Assura GB and the NHS Trust on successful applications for a Primary Care Delivery Centre at Western Community Hospital and an Adult Mental Health Unit at the Royal South Hants Hospital. Assistance was provided in respect of internal traffic managment, parking, servicing requirments, public transport accessibility, vehicular and pedestrian access and Travel Planning.

Preston Manor High School, Wembley Park.

We provided full design advice and a Transport Assessment to support the redevelopment of this large secondary school in west London. The proposals incresed the size of the school by 125 pupil places to a total of 1550 places, together with providing a range of additional ancillary facilities. We were required to undertake a range of surveys and analysis of vehicle and pupil/visitor movements to determine the level of impact in the local area. TPC also provided advice on construction traffic impacts.
