detailed highway design and delivery of a 420 dwelling site in Colchester
Essex for Linden Homes/Galliford Try Plc.
- Consultant for Telford Homes in respect
of the Icona Development in Warton Road, Stratford requiring Transport
Assessments and Travel Planning advice together with input into the
master plan for re-development of the Carpenters Road area and consideration
of pre and legacy Olympic impacts.
- Consultant for McFeely Group in respect
of the Stratford Gate Tower Development on the High Road/Warton Road
junction, Stratford requiring Transport Assessments and Travel Planning
advice together with input into the master plan for re-development
of the Carpenters Road area and consideration of pre and legacy Olympic
impacts.
- Transport advice in respect of Watney
Street Market estate and urban renewal master plan.
- Consultant Team Leader, L.B. Redbridge
- Community Infrastructure funded scheme (£2.5m) to develop
a new high quality public open space in Ilford Town. Responsible for
planning, detailed design and programme management.
- Joint Lead Consultant, L.B. Brent Major
Projects – Wembley National Stadium Transport Team responsible
for appraisal and sign off of the transport aspects of the National
Stadium planning application and highway s106 negotiations. Commission
retained over 7 years until final approval and discharge of conditions.

Transportation Delivery Unit – Responsible for the development
and delivery of Wembley Town Centre Transport and Regeneration Strategy,
Wembley Area development framework and National Stadium Infrastructure
delivery as part of ‘Destination Wembley’ S.R.B programme.
- Consultant for Assura in respect of
the planning and parking/highway design aspects of three LIFT projects
in North London, South East Essex and Southampton, requiring input
on 16 new medical centres.
