Over 30 years Traffic Engineering and Civil Engineering experience in both the private and public sectors. Founding Director of TPC. A Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.

KEY RECENT EXPERIENCE

• Consultant for various clients in respect of the Transport Impact and Travel Planning for 10 residential and mixed use developments in Stratford and other areas in L.B. Newham.
• Consultant for various clients in respect of the Transport Impact and Travel Planning for 6 residential and mixed use developments in Tower Hamlets in the Mile End Road and Bow Road areas.
• Consultant Team Leader, L.B. Brent Transportation Delivery Unit – Responsible for the development and programme management of Park Royal Transport and Regeneration Strategy and the Harlesden City Challenge Urban renewal project. Commission retained for 8 years.
• Joint Lead Consultant, L.B. Brent Major Projects – Wembley National Stadium Transport Team responsible for appraisal and sign off of the transport aspects of the National Stadium planning application and highway s106 negotiations. Commission retained over 7 years until final approval and discharge of conditions.
• Consultant Team Leader – Planning Application for new Guinness/Diageo Headquarters Building at Park Royal for 50,000sqm office industrial use.
• Consultant Team Leader – L.B. Redbridge Highways Development Control. Responsible for all highway aspects of development control in Redbridge including policy input into the Ilford Area Action Plan and Redbridge Local Development Framework.
• Consultant for various clients in respect of the Transport Impact and Travel Planning for 6 large hotels in the close vicinity of Heathrow Airport.
• Consultant for ARK Academies in respect of their proposed new Academy for 1600 pupils in Wembley. Provided detailed design and layout assistance and Transport Assessment and Travel Planning for both phases of the development including bus and walking audits.
